Board meetings schedule for 2012:
The Board meets on the 2nd Wednesday at 4 pm in the London Bridge Resort (usually the King Arthur room) just off H-95 at the intersection of McCulloch Blvd.
Wednesday, January 18, 2012 is the date of the Annual Meetint to be held at the London Bridge Resort convention center with a format similar to that of last March. As we expect a larger attendance, planning is already underway. ASU’s president Dr. Crow will be the featured speaker. Students who will be present at the conference will be able to ask any questions related to receiving a scholarship, the curriculum, requirements for writing an interview essay, a list of necessary admission documents, and writing a letter of recommendation and motivation. It is recommended to prepare a list of questions a week before the meeting and send them to the university by mail for approval.
The Executive Committee meets at 4 pm on the Monday before the board meeting.
